March 27, 2025 — In partnership with Sentral, LG Development, a division of LG Group, has launched the website for SOL Modern, the largest residential tower in downtown Phoenix. The property is scheduled to be completed in anticipation of an official opening later this spring.
Built on a once-historic site encompassing an entire city block, the 29-story mixed-use development is constructed in collaboration with bKL Architecture and Layton Construction, with design by bKL and LG Design.
Located at 601 North Central Avenue at the corner of East Fillmore Street and North Central Avenue, the development features a wide range of premier shared indoor and outdoor amenity spaces for residents’ enjoyment. These include two large amenity decks on the 8th and 28th floors, two pools – one of which is the largest multifamily pool in Phoenix – and expansive outdoor lounges, kitchens, cabanas, spa, fitness turf area, basketball court, dog park and citrus groves, complemented by extensive shading elements throughout.
The building is now leasing 747 premium residential units in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts designed for modern lifestyles.
