January 1, 2025 — Expanding LG Group’s presence into the Nashville market, construction is officially underway on 1740 Division Street, a 20-story, mixed-use residential tower occupying a 1.28-acre site that aims to redefine urban living in Midtown.
Featuring 396 high-end, market rate residential units, 4,000 square feet of retail space, and a 444-space open-air parking lot, the project is led by LG Development, with NORR serving as architect. NORR and LG Design are collaborating on interiors, with Brasfield & Gorrie as the general contractor.
“Reaching this key milestone at 1740 Division is incredibly rewarding,” LG Group’s Director of Development, Mark Garrison, said. “This project reflects an extensive investment of planning and attention to detail, and we are excited to deliver a building that offers residents an unparalleled living experience in one of Nashville’s most sought-after neighborhoods. At LG Group, we take great pride in contributing to the evolution of Nashville’s skyline and its thriving community.”
Differentiating itself through playful design that complements the city’s vibrant music scene, amenity-rich spaces will be organically integrated throughout the property, including a green rooftop with outdoor lounge, pool, hot tub, fire pit, an indoor area with a library, living room, a private dining room, a large coworking area, and state-of-the-art sports simulator. Music enthusiasts can also take advantage of entertainment-focused public amenities, including podcast, recording and rehearsal studio spaces, respectively.
The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
