With over 8 years as a People Operations professional, Rob has experience building strong, inclusive company cultures across various industries. He brings a strong focus on talent management, diversity, and leadership development to LG.

He is passionate about creating a top tier employee experience where all employees enjoy working and collaborating in a fast paced, inclusive environment. His greatest strength is his ability to build genuine relationships quickly and serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership. Rob leads the People Operations function of LG group where he oversees employee development, training, recruitment and drives the creation of the company’s culture.

Rob grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago. He graduated from Pomona College with a BA in Sociology. He believes that a strong company culture is key for sustainable success.
