As the Director of Asset Management at LG Group, Zach oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing multifamily, office, and retail assets. His primary role entails crafting and executing strategic business plans to maximize property performance and drive optimal returns.
Zach brings experience to LG Group, having previously served as the leader of the Midwest Asset Management team at Crescent Heights. During his tenure spanning a decade, Zach played a pivotal role in a wide array of real estate strategies, including new development, value-add initiatives, core investments, core-plus ventures, condo sales, and condo deconversions. His leadership extended to the management of over 10,000 units, collectively valued at over $1 billion.
Zach attended Northwestern University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He lives in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood with his wife, daughter & son
