Trader Joe’s Comes to Fulton Market
Trader Joe’s is opening a 17,000-square-foot store at 170 N May, anchoring the ground floor of LG Group’s 25-story residential tower. The grocery marks a major addition to Fulton Market’s retail landscape and arrives as the neighborhood continues its transformation into a live/work hub.
The lease follows LG Group’s recent delivery of Arthur on Aberdeen and represents the final phase of the firm’s three-building development along Aberdeen and May. With completion slated for 2027, the tower and Trader Joe’s will serve the area’s growing residential population.
