We’re excited to share that Crain’s Chicago Business recently covered LG Group’s next chapter of growth. The article looks at how we’re bringing our two core businesses, development and commercial general contracting, closer together, and at our plans to start more than $500 million in new development work plus another $100 million in general contracting next year.
The piece also introduces Brett Carucci, our new Chief Operating Officer. Brett joins us from Onni Group, where he oversaw delivery of more than $1 billion in high-rise residential and commercial projects in Chicago. We’re thrilled to have him on the team as we grow.
Our pipeline includes a 28-story, 322-unit apartment tower anchored by a Trader Joe’s at 170 N. May St., along with more residential towers planned at 175 N. Racine Ave. and 1150 W. Lake St. We’re also continuing to look at opportunities beyond Chicago, building on our work in Phoenix and Nashville.
