A trio of LG Group projects from across construction, development and design divisions were honored last night at the 2025 IL REJournal Real Estate Awards, where winners were announced during a ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago.
Nominated for four awards going into the evening, the company’s three wins represented a near clean sweep, with recognition for key projects in the following categories:
Multifamily – Urban South/West: Arthur on Aberdeen
Redevelopment – Urban South/West: 1516 W Carroll Ave
Retail/Restaurant: il Carciofo
Voted on by a judging panel of prestigious industry leaders, the IL REJournal Real Estate Awards is an annual program that celebrates the achievements, successes and highlights from all sectors of the commercial real estate industry.
In order to be eligible for this year’s awards, projects had to be completed in 2024.
