We’re thrilled to share that Sol Modern has been recognized as the 2026 CoStar Impact Award winner for Multifamily Development of the Year in Phoenix — chosen by an independent panel of industry professionals for its transformative impact on downtown Phoenix.
The judges didn’t just see another apartment tower. As one put it: “It really feels more like a mini neighborhood than a single building.” That’s exactly what the team set out to build. Rising 29 stories and spanning an entire city block, Sol Modern was intentionally designed to bridge ASU’s downtown campus and the Roosevelt Row Arts District and it’s already reshaping how that corner of the city feels.
