LG Group Names Steven Trombley Chief Financial Officer
Steven Trombley joined LG Group as Chief Financial Officer on October 13, bringing 13 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, and investment finance. His track record includes navigating high-growth environments and leading complex financial restructuring at scale.
Most recently, Steven served as CFO of Graduate Hotels, where he led a $610 million restructuring across 35 properties and oversaw the $210 million sale of the brand’s IP and franchising rights to Hilton. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at AJ Capital Partners, building and leading the firm’s debt capital markets team. There, he managed $2.5 billion in loan originations and contributed to $5.5 billion in assets under management.
Steven’s arrival comes as LG Group scales its development, construction, investment, and design operations. His experience in financial structuring and capital markets positions him to support the company’s next phase of growth.
