June 16, 2025 — The buzz continues to build around SOL Modern as LG Group’s new mixed-use multifamily development in the heart of downtown Phoenix prepares for an official opening this summer.
Focusing on how the recent high-rise apartment construction boom is poised to reshape downtown Phoenix, the Phoenix Business Journal reports that the shift in the landscape of the city’s core has largely been due to a post-pandemic expansion of area campuses, transit, hospitality and recreation offerings.
With Sentral-managed SOL Modern being part of the evolution, it was highlighted in the outlet’s list of anticipated projects nearing completion.
The development was also heralded by AZ Foothills as “Roosevelt Row’s Newest Gem,” noting that its premium amenities bring a new vision of elevated living to the area, most especially The House — one of the first private, member-only rooftop clubs in a rental community in Phoenix, with culinary and wellness experiences crafted through collaborations with top local chefs, artists and creatives.
