March 31, 2025 — LG Group has been selected as a finalist in three categories for the 37th Annual Greater Chicago Food Depository Awards, which celebrate the achievements of premier commercial real estate firms and help to end hunger.
The company’s recognition includes:
Adaptive Reuse Of The Year: 1516 W Carroll Ave (LG Builders, The Roof Crop, Maxwells Trading, Third Season, Flashpoint Innovation & The Roof Crop Foundation)
Contractor – Interior Of The Year: LG Builders
Multifamily Development of the Year: Arthur on Aberdeen (LG Group, LG Design, Power Construction and NORR)
Nominees are determined by a blue ribbon panel that includes executive members from the Commercial Real Estate Awards Steering Committee, winners of the previous year’s awards and selected local real estate representatives from municipalities, academia and/or businesses.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony on April 23rd at The Salt Shed.
