May 21, 2025 — LG Builders has announced the addition of Vincent Tuminello to the company’s leadership team, where he will serve as director of field operations. He will be based out of parent company LG Group’s headquarters in Chicago.
In this newly established role, Tuminello will leverage more than 30 years of construction experience and a career-long track record of uniting teams by establishing systems, standards and processes in the field to implement innovative strategic approaches utilizing new technologies that will further LG Builders’ commitment to operational excellence.
Previously, Tuminello served as a senior superintendent at Pepper Construction, where he led the field team for their Interiors Group. He also served in the same capacity at Power Construction, where he was a founding member of the company’s Workplace Group.
