Spotlighting the evolution, growth, and diversification of the business over the past 20 years, the press release broke the news that LG Design has been relaunched as Offshoot Creative — a standalone design business offering integrated expertise to LG Development and third-party design-build clients that deepens the company’s commitment to providing exceptional design solutions that elevate every project.
The announcement also elevated a slate of multi-million dollar projects in the pipeline for 2025, including a $14 million, 53,400 square foot Tiny Giants daycare education facility with 24 multifamily residential units above, and $6 million Mozart Building renovation for Chicago Jewish Day School, both of which are located in Irving Park.
