This project will be an 18-story luxury apartment building with 179 units and 4,500 square feet of retail space. This building will be fully amenitized; however it has been designed to offer residents a more boutique, private living experience, giving 1150 West Lake its own distinct identity which differentiates it from the other buildings in the Fulton Grounds portfolio.
