330 South Wells

Way back when, in 1927, the 136,855 square foot Insurance Center Building was home to Chicago’s elite insurance companies. This historic Neo-gothic beaut has been a long time “renaissance man” due to its vicinity to the precious L train and Loop commodities. Today, 330 South Wells has transformed into a multi-faceted, deliciously rehabbed space for co-workers and co-habitators.

The 17-story building was transformed into 5,200 SF of retail on the first floor, 24,000 SF of offices on floors 2-5, and 132 apartments on floors 6-16. There’s a communal gym, yoga studio, and lounge on the 5th floor, and lounge, kitchen, and rooftop deck on 17th floor.
