This project was a conversion of an existing loading dock into a unique retail space and lobby expansion
featuring corrugated plastic clad lobby elevator, custom millwork, reception desk, and revamp ed finishes
throughout, providing a more inviting entrance. The project also included code-compliant alterations to the
existing alley loading dock and a complete gut rehab of two six-stop elevators.
