The Parisian-inspired brasserie features a fully functional rotating carousel bar, decorated with antiqued mirrors, Edison light bulbs, decorative pillars & shelving, functioning safety systems to start, stop, and reverse the bar using various switches and relays, and an illustration of “Francois Frankie,” a whimsical character equipped with a bottle of champagne.
