Roots Second City

LG worked with the team at Roots to complete the renovation of this 7,500 space, bringing it back to life after it was destroyed by a fire in 2015. The gut rehab included a complete front of house restoration of an existing restaurant, full renovation of bar finishes, new façade with structural renovations to the building, lighting, A/V upgrades, HVAC equipment replacement, and seating areas updated.
