True Food Kitchen

True Food Kitchens concept is intent on making farm to table dining accessible and appealing, and LG Construction was intent on maintaining that identity, creating a space that mirrors the cuisine; simple, fresh and pure.

Hired by Fox Restaurant Concepts and working with Aria Group Architects, LG made sure to reflect the restaurant’s natural and healthy focus, incorporating the use of environmentally friendly materials. Among the eco-friendly materials are reclaimed wood floors, recycled quarry tiles and low-VOC paint. The installed equipment is also green, from waterless urinals and ultra-low-water faucets to low-voltage LED lighting and energy-efficient kitchen equipment.
