LG renovated the existing pre-1900 building at 911 W Randolph in 2018. This multi-level renovation includes new rooftop mechanical systems, kitchen equipment, custom millwork and furniture, tile galore, state-of-the-art data-based employee computer stations and customer ordering systems, and a walk in cooler that was essentially a ship in a bottle.
