Emily Niebauer

Emily is an Illinois State alum with a degree in Interior and Environmental Design. After about 5 years at a residential design/build firm, she was able to apply her background in interior design and construction management and experience in the industry to continue her career in Chicago at LG Group in 2019. While she started out on the construction team primarily involved in residential projects, today, she is a part of LG Design and assists the creative team with specifications, drafting, and coordination for our commercial and multi-family development projects. She works closely with the team to formulate finish schedules, space plan, and develop FF&E packages that meet the project budget requirements.

Outside of the office, Emily loves bringing her creativity into projects at her home in Downers Grove, learning about herbalism and making homemade skin care, playing with her vizsla, and listening to true crime podcasts.
