Gabriel Malca

Gabe joined LG Development in 2022. As a Development Manager, he oversees the design and construction of LG’s projects from inception to completion. Gabe routinely delivers complex work under tight deadlines by building strong relationships with investors, design teams, and contractors.

Prior to joining LG, Gabe began his career with Lendlease and worked on multiple high-rise residential projects throughout Chicago’s best neighborhoods. Key projects include Cascade & Cirrus, No. 9 Walton, and 811 Uptown.

Gabe was born and raised in Lima, Peru and spent his teenage years in Naperville, IL. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Gabe is an avid runner and has completed three Chicago Marathons, each time raising funds for the American Red Cross.
